Boat is out of the water and it & the slip are For Sale

 

  • And...my 'move' to Vermont is well underway, establishing Promo Focus & re-establishing my VT Real Estate career up here. And...enjoying it.
  • The boat is 'available' for purchase. Contact Drew Santoro via email or call him 732-616-3079 for data. No one knows the boat better than he...except Paul & I.
  • And along with that, slip 409 on "B" dock at Brielle Yacht Club where she sat for years is also for sale. The whole dock is being completely rehabbed from pilings to decking to electric to water hookups, so take advantage! Again, Drew can give you the dish/data. Click here for satellite shot.
    • Remember "Irene"? Well, being on 'this side' of the railroad bridge has it's advantages. Paul just loosened up the lines, watched her from the PP Bridge & tightened them when Irene had her fill of storm surge. I have NEVER had to move her or the 38 from that slip in the worst of times. And...it NEVER freezes there. It's a great spot!
  • We are referring our charter clients to my good friend Kenny Gallop on the 'Big Kid'. Kenny is like family to me, so trust me, Kenny will take good care of you and yours like fam too!
